Service Description

Foundational level continued. This class is for clients who have already taken the 6-week reformer series or who are comfortable and familiar with the reformer. We will build on the foundational exercises we learned in the INTRO series, and also include an abdominal strengthening focus for this round!

Cancelation Policy

All purchases are non refundable, non-transferrable and expire with in 6-months of purchase date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your by-appointment session, 24 hour notice is required or you will be charged in full for the missed session. For classes we ask that you provide a 2-hour notice of cancellation. If you need to cancel your class reservation less than 24 hours before the class start time, please call the studio at 360.572.2112.
