Mat: Foundational Mat

Service Description

This is a (More than a) Mat class, and will utilize not just the mat, but other pieces of studio equipment during the workout. This class is taught at the foundational level (slower pace). Clients pick this class when they want to focus on building the strength and flexibility of pilates or when they choose to move at a slower pace to focus on precision and form. Like any sturdy house, you need a strong foundation. This class helps you build just that!

Cancelation Policy

All purchases are non refundable, non-transferrable and expire with in 6-months of purchase date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your by-appointment session, 24 hour notice is required or you will be charged in full for the missed session. For classes we ask that you provide a 2-hour notice of cancellation. If you need to cancel your class reservation less than 24 hours before the class start time, please call the studio at 360.572.2112.
