Mat: Heart & Soul Mat

Service Description

This is a (More than a) Mat class, and will utilize not just the mat, but other pieces of studio equipment during the workout. This is Bee's intermediate level class. Clients should have established a strong foundation through previous classes and experience and are able to safely move at a quicker pace. If modifications are necessary for a client they will know how to modify accordingly. This is the level of work that the pieces start to come together. You will add flow and dynamic movement to your workout!

Cancelation Policy

All purchases are non refundable, non-transferrable and expire with in 6-months of purchase date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your by-appointment session, 24 hour notice is required or you will be charged in full for the missed session. For classes we ask that you provide a 2-hour notice of cancellation. If you need to cancel your class reservation less than 24 hours before the class start time, please call the studio at 360.572.2112.
