Service Description

This class is designed for clients who want to improve their posture -Tech neck desk work, anyone? This class is also suitable for clients who are concerned about bone-density issues such as osteoporosis and who forward bending and twisting isn’t recommended.

Cancelation Policy

All purchases are non refundable, non-transferrable and expire with in 6-months of purchase date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your by-appointment session, 24 hour notice is required or you will be charged in full for the missed session. For classes we ask that you provide a 2-hour notice of cancellation. If you need to cancel your class reservation less than 24 hours before the class start time, please call the studio at 360.572.2112.
