What is Embodied Coaching?
An Embodied Connection Coaching session is a session that is specifically tailored to you and the area of focus you have chosen. In your session, we will begin with a grounding practice to settle nerves and arrive to the space. From there we delve into the ins and outs of your topic to really get a better understanding of what you really want from the session and the outcome you desire. Then, I will use a variety of tools and processes I have available to arrive to insight and wisdom from the most brilliant source of all: your body and your self. Finally, we will work together to create a movement practice just for you that will expand upon the work and wisdom that shines through.
You absolutely truly do have the answers you seek inside of you. My sessions are a special space created for you that helps you to tune into the whispers that are always around that sometimes are hard to hear. Coaching comes in many forms, and my embodied method is unique in that I truly believe there is nothing wrong with you. There is nothing to fix.
There is no agenda other than to hold space for your brilliance to shine through. It is a session without pressure, and there is no pre-defined “ideal” outcome. The goals we set are your own, and the answers distilled are completely your own.
What is an Embodied Connection Coaching session like?
It is a session deeply focused on increasing awareness to the sensations and knowings inside the body.
Essentially, I will hold space for you in a way that will help you to learn to trust your gut. We turn down the volume on the mental chatter and worldly distractions and help you listen to that quiet inner voice that always knows what's best for you and what the next right move for you to take is.
I do this by using a variety of tools like guided movement practice, potent questions, and a framework that brings safety and comfort for you to open up to yourself.
An Embodied Connection Coaching session is a way to come into right relationship with yourself and to find a sure footing for your life by looking within.
