Magic Circle Online Workshop

Service Description

Discover the AMAZING Magic Circle. We'll go over how to use the magic circle, exercises that can only be done with the magic circle AND ways to enhance traditional Pilates exercises with it. You'll get a few shorter routines to use for quick at home workout "snacks" and a printable pdf handout you can use when you don't want to be tied to a screen. You will also have permanent access to the recording which will be available through your members area login. This workshop will be taught online via Google Meet and once you register you will receive the link.
